C# & Excel VBA-IDE problem

I have a Excel COM add-in that contains, among other things, user defined
worksheet functions. If the VBA IDE is open when I close any workbook, that
workbook's VBProject remains in the Project Explorer tree.

It generally does not appear to cause issues with the operations of excel
but I have had (only on one ocassion, so far) an "Out of Memory" Excel error
when trying to access the IDE.

Is this a known issue and if so, is there a way to rectify it?

Hello !

I need to include a calendar as a drop-down list in an Excel Spreadsheet.
Unfortunately. This control is not in the Tool Box Control. Is there any way
as to whether download it or process in a different way.
