C# Outlook Access, obtaining other users mail folders

Hi,

I'm using C# to access outlook e-mails of the local outlook profile and
outlook installation.

Outlook is hooked up to an exchange server.

How do I obtain other users e-mail folders - if the current user has access
rights?

I cant locate the functionality.

How do I?

1) Obtain a full list of users OR a list of users that the current user has
access rights to.
2) Obtain the e-mail folders of the other user.

?
