C# problem with slide.export

Hello,

I'm having a rather tricky problem. One of my clients machines (office 2k7)
gives me an "no active presentation" error when I try to call the
slide.export function to generate a small jpg-thumbnail, but the thumbnails
get created anyway.

It works on many other machines. I've tried to enable macros. It makes no
difference. Could the be a service pack issue? My machine which is working is
running 2k7 sp2. The client is not running any sp and cannot upgrade

For the archive; this turned out to be a problem with a 3rd party add-in.
Disabling the add-in made the message go away.
