C# Smart Doc Manifest - <CLSID> required?

I have successfully created a smart doc. solution in VB6.
I am now doing one in C# - can anyone tell me what needs
to go in the manifest.xml file in place of the <CLSID>
element? I assume this is not required for .NET smart doc.
solutions?

Have answered my own question (need to use <CLSNAME>
instead of <CLSID>.

However, I'm now getting the "Invalid manifest" message
form within Word - is there anything extra that needs to
be done (manifest-wise) for .NET solutions?
