C/XXXX/Microsoft/applicationdata/not a vaid office add in

Every time I launch OUTLOOK I receive a message
"C/XXXX/Microsoft/applicationdata/not a vaid office add in" How do I remove
this from happening. I have gone to Tools/options/ add in manager but nothing
is shown or checked to remove? Running Outllook 2003
