cabinet file missing when try to install

When i try to install my Microsoft Office Student and Teacher 2003 Edition i
get an error message half way through saying:
Installtion error: File not found
A required installation file PA561401.cab could not be found.

I have searched both my Installtion CD and my hard drive and cannot find the
file on either. I was wondering if there is anywhere i can download the file
from or if theres some other way to get around this?
