cable/connectors templates

I'm looking for cable and connector templates to help design cable assemblies
and wire harnesses. Where can one find these for Microsoft Visio?

Are you doing the wire harnesses manually, or are you using one of the
built-in "forms" to do them? I.e. are you using just a blank drawing, or are
you using a flowchart or block diagram or something else...?

I would prefer to have stencils of various connectors and terminations i.e.
D-Subs, USB, RJ45 etc connector stencils/forms. My applications are mainly
for telecom cabling (Ethernet, Premis wiring) I haven't found any built-in
forms yet nor do I know where to find them. I've had to use make-shift tools.
