Cache issues

Hi,
How can I not use the cache that the server uses. I already hit retrieve
every time.
It causes issues with opening of files since they are in the cache. I don't
want to clear it, I don't want to use it.

Hi Assaf,

Alas you don't have a choice on this. The best you can do is to delete the
cache each time you login. It is stored in %appdata% \microsoft\ms project.

Ben, do you know if this issue has been resolved in the 2010 release.

AFAIK the cache has not been removed the 2010 release.

Microsoft is continuing to improve this feature so I expect to see fewer
complaints in 2010. The other good thing to note, is that Microsoft has been
pushing fixes that they make in 2010, back to 2007 in the CUs. So, any
improvements and future improvements will be rolled down to 2007 as they
occur.
