I guess what I need are the exact steps. Are they kept in the same location
as the pc's normal cache files?

Are you talking about Contacts, or the "nickname" file that suggests names
as you type them on the To: line? If the former, go into your Contacts
folder and delete the contact. If you're talking about the name
suggestions, highlight the name you no longer want from the suggestion and
hit the Delete key. If you want to clear the whole thing, delete the .NK2
file:

Outlook 2000 does not include the autocompletion feature, so could you be
more explicit in describing what you mean? It could be that you're
referring to the .NICK file, but I'm not sure given the dearth of
explanation.
