Cached mode problems..

We're running a pure Outlook2k3/Exchange2k3 enviroment. Whenever new users
are added to the GAL, only people running Outlook with cached mode turned
OFF can see them. We've waited several days for the new names to show up
for users with cached mode turned ON, but they never do.

All of the Outlook clients have the latest patches and updates, and we've
also tried making the registry change in the article below, but still
nothing. At this point it looks like turning off cached mode is the only
fix.

Anyone see this before??
