Cached Mode Problems

I have a problem with one user running Outlook 2003 on XP where starting this
week, he gets no new messages in Outlook if it is cached mode. The messages
are in his e-mail box viewed through the webmail interface & in Outlook if
cached mode is disabled. I have deleted his e-mail profile, repaired
outlook, deleted his .ost, & it still does the same thing. Any ideas?
