After upgrading to Office 2007, we have several client machines whose
Outlook is not getting email. The affected machines are in cached mode and in
order to get email, on some the Send/Receive must be clicked and others must
have Outlook closed and reopened before new mail will show. OWA shows all new
mail. The machines can be taken out of cached mode and all seems to be good.
I have deleted the .ost files and put them back in cached mode but still have
problems.
One other thing that I noticed is that one user showed (in cache mode) 0
messages in the Outbox, but when taken out of cached mode the Outbox showed
to have 145 messages dating back to the time of upgrade.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
