I have 15 users that are having problems with cached
mode. They can be online working just fine then Outlook
switches them to offline mode and will not reconnect
without user intervention. I have many other users
configured the same and they do not have any issues with
going offline. I have checked the send/recieve groups,
veried everything is set correctly. Some users go
offline once a day, others have it happen up to 15 times
a day. Not sure what else to check or how to get this
fixed. I have not found a KB that comes close to this so
far. Some users connect to a 5.5 server and others to a
2000 Exchange server. I have even configured to
send/recieve every 5 minutes but that doesn't connect
again. Any ideas
