cag error

evertime I try to download clipart for the gallery online, I get a Cag error
and illegal operation shutdown. I tried reinstalling Word, still get the
error.

Bob,
Word 97, Win 98 and I have a LAN line, not dialup. I use this at work.
this is the details. I have IE 5.0. I did have 6.0 and it went bonkers.
Had to uninstall and upon recommendation put 5 back in. Still have issues
with and downloads for updates, secondary windows not opening. Been using
Netscape7.2 since.
Error details:
