Calander Cell

Is it possible to have a control to pop up a date "Month" selection box from
clicking on the cell?
I would click on the Month Cell, the calander for the month appears, I make
my day selection and the date appears in the next cell as mm/dd/yy.

Just create a list, in say M1:M31, of

=IF(ROW(M1)<=DAY(DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY())+1,0)),ROW(M1),"")

and in Data Validation, add a list formula of

=OFFSET($M$1,,,COUNTA($M:$M),1)
