Calander meeting does not appear on calander

Hi,

Did any one encounter a problem with calendar that does
not show the calendar meeting?

We are using a hosted exchange server on NaviSite. I
created a meeting on my calendar with a few people from
our group. One of the attendees after opening and
accepting the meeting does not have the meeting on his
calendar.

Please let me know if you have some clues.
