I have outlook configured for an exchange server. I have my personal
calander and a public calander. How do copy the contents in the public
calander into my personal calander?

If you change the view on the Public Calendar to say a table type for
instance Categories you can then highlight an item and do a Ctrl A to select
All and then copy and then paste into the personal Calendar. Tip if you drag
and drop then use the Right Mouse button (because left drag will attempt to
move the items).
