Calculate Age

Can someone help me? I need to calculate the age of an employee using his
birth date.

I have a field called [dtmEmployeeBirthDate], it's a short date field. I
need to calculate the age of the employee to appear in a field on my
frmEmployeeReview form so that it will update every year to the new age.
