Calculate days behind

How do I get the total days for each month all items are behind.

The data is below.

I want to know on the following dates

6/1/2004 7/1/2004 8/1/2004 9/1/2004

How many days these items are overdue. Exclude the items where "Actual
Data" is N/A and Actual Date is before the checking date.
