calculate due date excel

[Compute occurence of dates]

I have three 2 columns in excel:

Column1 Column2 Column3
Past 30 days No of occurence 7/15/2006
today No of occurence 7/14/2006
Next 30 days No of occurence 2/15/2006

I want to calculate the no of occurence past the current date from column3.

The number with a date in column 3 after today is
=SUMIF(C:C,">"&TODAY(),B:B). I'm not sure if that's exactly what you want,
but you can adjust the inequality.
