C2 is time format Time In (8 am). D2 is time format Time Out (2 pm). E2 = D2-C2 (6 hr). I want F2 to = $50 * 6 hr = $300. I am using F2 = E2*50 and the result is $12.50

Since time in Excel is stored as a fraction of a day (and a day is 1), you need to multiply by 24.
