Calculate method of Range Error

We are getting and error which varies between Excel
files. The error is listed below:

Error #1004 was generated by Microsoft Excel Calculate
method of Range class field.

I have see 292476 but what it says to do is already setup
in Excel and the spreadsheet in question here. I can't
seem to find anything directly related to this specific
error message coming from Excel. I have the automatic
settign on and the iteration setting off.

Any help for me on this? Thanks.
