Calculate stock field

Hi,

first of all, sorry but I'm starting on this, the question:

I have one main product table with a single field called STOCK, then I
have a second table with all the history records of BUY/SALE. I have a
type field that is "BUY" or "SALE" and then a quantity field.

I have both tables with relationships on the ARTICLE CODE field.

I would like to know how to update my STOCK field on the main table,
can you help or propose solutions?
