calculate the loop time

Hi

Could any one tell me how to calculate a timing of the loop.
Actually i want to calculate how much time did the loop take to finish one
cycle.
i want this to be updated in the excel sheet, each time the loop finishes
running
Is it possible in VBA. Please let me know with the code
