Calculate the third field based on two Combo box

Hi,
I have two different field as Likelihood and severity on my form ,so for
calculation of result from these two input should be multiply to each other
now the problem is I would like to show the text for example

Initial risk Level =Likelihood *Severity
(1)very Low * (-1) Light = (-1) Negligible

for both input field I have used of combo boxes but I cannot provide the
result which I would to show (eg.(-1) Negligible)

Would you please help me to complete this form,

Thanks for your comment but the problem is I have two columns the first is
text and next number (e.g 1st Clmn (-1) Light 2nd Clmn -1) for calculation i
can put the furmula to multiply these two numbers but I am looking for some
way which i can show the text in combo box and the result of two cobo box in
third filed.
