Calculated field in a Query for Distance- Cannot get DMax() to work.

Access 2000:

Distance: [tblRepairs].[RepairMileage] -
Dmax("tblRepairs.RepairMileage","tblRepairsQuery","tblRepairs.RepairMileage
< "
& [tblRepairs].[RepairMileage] )

Access complains " the expression contains invalid syntax"

Can anyone help?

Hi,


You probably have a NULL in some record under RepaiMileage. With such a
case, the criteria, the third argument, result into a string that is in
error once tried to be evaluated.
