I'm trying to setup a formula that automatically counts
down in gradations from my deadline date and triggers the
stoplights, i.e 30 days from deadline would be yellow;
beyond 30 days-green; and Red on the deadline and
beyond.

Scenario groundrules: Percent complete =0%,Work
accomplished = 0, duration = no change and no other manual
data entries allowed.

Scenario assumpution: Task(s)/Program has slipped thur
the cracks and no work has begun. As tasks approach their
deadline(s) the stoplights are automatically triggered.
