Calculating a per calendar week of usage cost for resources

I need to calculate a per calendar week of usage cost for resource.

Assume Res#1 is assigned to a single Task#1. Task#1's duration is 8
days. The 8 days are split over two calendar weeks on a normal work
schedule. Therefore, Res#1 will be on site for 2 calendar weeks,
although week 2 will be for less than 5 days.

I need to calculate a per week on site cost (travel costs) for the
resource.
