calculating age

I would like to know how i can calcualte a person's age
based on date of birth. we have a database set up in
excell but would like to transfer it to access to make it
more efficient but i'm really stuck on this one. i would
appreciate any help

Take a look at the mvps.org website. I suspect they have a function like
that. You could also try Google.com, searching in the msaccess database
group for "calculate age" or some such.

Use the Date Difference to find the difference from date
of birth to now.
