calculating anniversary year

how do you calculate year of service from date of hire in
Access. What's the formula. I am trying to get this
formula on my form database.

Hi Roger,

The rules for this tend to differ from country to country and
organisation to organisation (e.g. what about interruptions in service,
unpaid leave, long service leave, maternity leave>). If you can spell
out the exact rules you have to apply when calculating it manually,
we'll be able to help implement them in Access.
