After I save baseline some new resource and new tasks
adds, and after filling some actual work I understand that
because there wasn't any standard rate I don't have any
BCWS for these new tasks. How can I calculate correct BCWS
for these?
thanks

Hello Nikoo,
You just have to baseline these new tasks and/or assignments:
Tools / Tracking / Save baseline : check the Roll up option :
.... Selected tasks / Roll upp : To all summary tasks (Project 2002 version)

Hope this helps,

As Gerard said, you'll have to baseline. But adding to his comment, you've
said you don't have a standard rate for the resource on the task? Remember
the BCWS is the Budgeted COST of Work Scheduled. Without a rate there is no
budgeted cost, nor cost of any kind. If necessary, arbitrarily assign a
cost of $1/hr to that resource so there will be a value to include in the
BCWS.
