Calculating Between Records

Hi, I have a question and hope you can help me out.

I have a table for equipment maintenance. One of the
fields in the table is 'HourReading'. It is to show the
cumulative hours that any piece of equipment is at when
it goes in for maintenance.

I would like to be able to show on a report, the number
of hours between the current maintenance and the previous
maintenance.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
