calculating coloured cells only

I have a worksheet that contains some cells shaded in
yellow and others with no shading. Is there a way I can
ask Excel to calculat the total of the shaded cells only?

Any urgent help would be appreciated.

As a starter, define a custom function in a VBA module,
you can then choose this function as a worksheet function.
