Calculating cost in PERT analysis

Hi all!

I'm trying to calculate the optimistic and pessimistic costs along with
duration. It looks like Project only provides duration and no work
(therefore cost) estimates. Any idea on how to do this?

I haven't done this, but if you use fixed units then I would think that you
would get the right number.
You will have to copy the pessimistic durations into the duration column to
achieve this effect however. Make sure you have the original duration saved
off somewhere.
