hi really cute (not convinced),
I am not really sure what you are after but will take a
punt.
I would create a table to hold those values (2 columns one
for "Exceeds requirements" the other for the value 5) and
get the control to use the table/query row source rather
the value list. That way you could get to the values when
ever and where ever you feel like it. Plus the values and
descriptions will be easier to maintain.
