I have data that is downloaded from our accounting system into an excel
sheet. This data includes fields (sales1, sales2, unit#, gross, sold date,
type and status). I use a pivot table to summarize the information by
sales1, type and status. This works great except some of the records have 2
sales people (sales2) and I need my totals to calculate the splits.
I tried using calculated fields in the pivot table but when I use the
count() function on the existing information the results are 1.
