Calculating Macro

I need a macro that will calculate the next date in an employees grade step
progression. The macro will include "EMPLID", "JOBCODE", HOURLY_RATE",
"ENTRY_DATE"", "LOCATION", AND "NEXT STEP DUE" DATE.
