Calculating number of Workdays by month for a given year

I am trying to get a count of all of the workdays in each month for the
current year, grouped by month. The intent is to be able to match production
data for a month as a percentage of goal relative to percent of workdays
complete.

I have gone here,

and can not get anything to work due solely to my lack of ability i am sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Idon't have a specific question about the code, other than would Count
Workdays do it and if so can you or someone give me an example to work from?
