Calculating Overtime and DoubleOvertime

In the Time Card (Detailed) form I want to be able to calculate the amount of
time over 8 hours (Regular time) and put that into a cell showing it as
Overtime. I also want to be able to calculate time over 12 hours as
DoubleOvertime and have that show in another separte cell.

Can someone (maybe Scott Heim) give advice on how to do this, and preferably
not using scripting.
