Calculating resource working hours per month

I want to create a report (ssrs) to show each resource and its working hours
per month (available working hours not actual). I'm using ms projects server
2003
The only way I've found to do it is by calculating each resource working
hours based on its base calendar and its own exception from the table
msp_view_proj_cal_data.
I know there are cube tables but they are not uptodate (I'm using the sample
database and all resources has data entries until 2003 when I've entered data
for may 2009).
How can I calculate this data?
