Calculating time differences excluding weekends, holidays

I am trying to calculate resolution time for tickets in a call center.
I have the open time and the close time. I'd like Excel to calculate
the elapsed time to resolve the ticket counting only the business hours
that the Call Center is open (7am-6pm M-F). Can anybody help me?
