Calculating Totals in Form

I have built a database that has score for each name and I don't know how to
calculate a total amont that the 'name' has scored. For example, I enter
three records and the 'name' has scored a 3, a 5, and a 1, I need to show on
the form that the 'name' has scored a 9 and every time I enter a new score,
then there would be a new total for that 'name'. Is there an expression I can
enter when using a text box on the form?

Everything starts with the data in Access. What is the structure of your
data/table?

Does it "look like a spreadsheet"? If so, why not use a spreadsheet instead
of a relational database?
