Calculating Working Days

How do I calculate the number of working days between 2
dates? I'm coming up with this complicated formula for
subtracting the two dates, then if the first day is on the
weekend, subtracting more days, and if it's greater than 1
week, subtracting the TRUNC of the difference divided by
7, then checking if the second date is on a weekend...
etc. Anyway... hasn't someone already done this, and can
I use it?

Check out the NETWORKDAYS() function in XL HELP. It's from the
Analysis Toolpak Addin (Tools/Add-ins...check the appropriate
checkbox).
