Hi,
I¹m running Office 2008 (10.1.3) on Leopard (10.5.6) and from times to times
my excel won¹t interpret my formulas anymore existing ones are calculated,
but newly entered will appers as: ³=A7² for instance, though the A7-part
will appear in blue as expected.
I checked if manual calculation was active, but it isn¹t and even hitting
the calculation-button doesn¹t make a difference. I tried to save the
workbook even in xls and xlsx-Format, no change.
Restarting several times usually solves this issue, but it is not too
convenient...
Another issue I experience is that the speed of Excel and Word deteriorate
continuously (running it on a MBP 2.33GhZ C2D 2GB Ram) - even if all other
applications are closed, it takes seconds to even copy just a few cells with
simple sum()-Functions. In Word pretty much the same the text appears much
later than I typed it and I¹m really not a pro in fast-typing.
Anybody an idea why this is happening to me and how to correct it?
Thanks for your help,
Patrick
