Calculation

In my database I have a table that tracks training sessions that I do. I
have a field that has the maxium number of attendees, i.e. 10 per class.
However once I sign staff up a want to create a calculation that would
subract from the 10 that way I would now when the class is full.

You should also have a table that holds the information for each
attendee for each class.
There should be a relationship set between the Class ID (Primary Key
of Class table) and Class ID (foreign key) of the Attendees table

Then you display your class info on a form or in a query that uses a
calculated expression likwe 10 - DCount("Attendee","Attendees",
"ClassID = " & me.Classid )
