Calculations and Configurations

I have already set up a query for July+ months (fiscal year)

I'm trying to figure out how can I calculate a YTD for a month that is before
the year closing.....not sure if this is clear so an example is below. Thanks!

April May June May-
YTD

Either the record source of the report must contain all the values required
for the YTD or you will need to use DSum() or code or a subreport.

Since we don't know anything about your record source or your tables and
fields, it is a bit difficult to provide greater detail.

I suspect the OP is working with a system where records are moved to a
history table at month end closing.
That would indicate a UNION query.
But, then I may just be halucinating again.
