Calculations

While performing calculations amongst cells / rows,
the "sum/result" of such calculations (majority of the
time) are incorrect by a few pennies / digits. Why???

Is there a way to make all cells consistent and
either "round-up" or round-down"? Could this be my
problem??

=round(a1/b1,0) or = round(a1/b1,2) for 2 decimal
=roundup(a1/b1,0) to always round up
=rounddown(a1/b1,0) to always round down
