I am working with a table that is setup as a Purchase
Order. I have managed to make the formula calculate the
quantity times the price for each line item. My problem
is the subtotal times the tax to get the total. The
formula for subtotal (bookmark subtotal) field is =sum
(above). The formula for tax (bookmark tax) is
=subtotal*.0825. The formula for total (bookmark total)
was =subtotal+tax. Example: 50.00(Subtotal) 8.25(Tax)
116.50(Total). I also tried =subtotal*1.0825 for the
total formula. Example: 50.00(Subtotal) 8.25(Tax) 108.25
(Total). The correct total should be 54.13. Can someone
help create a formula that calculates the corectly?
