I am using the auto calculations in a table.
Is there any way to have the fields updated
automatically? Right now I either have to print the doc
or right click each field and select update field.

Neil,

You can toggle in and out of Print Preview or you can
CTRL+a and then F9 to select and update all fields.

You could also use form fields set to calculate on exit.
