Calednar keeps getting cleared out

We have recently upgraded our server from SBS 4.5. to SBS 2000 and know all the appointments that are being set are being cleared after a week or so. Auto Archiving is off, and all workstations have been upgraded with the most current service packs. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
